2 Bedroom Cabin in Crane Hill

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Cozy house located near Arrowhead Park and Arrowhead Restaurant (seasonal). 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a 3rd bed (must go up spiral staircase to access loft). There are 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms on the main level have a private sink/toilet in each bedroom, and share a shower. The loft shares the bath on the lower level.
No waves to deal with and this area is GREAT for bream fishing! Guests have use of two paddleboards.
Bedroom 1: Full size bed - Main level - Washer and Dryer in the bedroom
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - Main level - private toilet and sink

Pets are allowed. Not allowed on the furniture.
One boat slip (9'x22') and one PWC port available. There is also a paddleboard for the guests' use. Dock touches ground at 506, completely on ground at 499. CHECK YOUR WATER LEVELS.
House has parking for 3 cars max or 2 cars and a boat trailer. Put the boat in the water before bringing the trailer to the house.
Charcoal grill , WiFi , NO Satellite TV. Smart TV's have DVD player with DVD library. Streaming available with Netflix.
PEAK SEASON: no Saturday to Saturday rentals.
