Positive: The building was fine (great hot water and pressure) the management company was excellent (spotlessly clean, excellent communication and followup). The apartment was bright and spacious.
Negative: This furniture in the apartment was subpar and dangerous. There was a seat in the corner of the bedroom and when I sat on it, the whole chair with me in it, toppled over. See pictures below, it was missing a leg and had been propped up against the corner—being held up bybthe wall. Who keeps unstable and 2 legged furniture in their rental property? In addition, the couch in LR was missing legs—apparently the owners said this was the style of the furniture—uh no, it was broken furniture.
