This gorgeous one story remodeled home in La Jolla has panoramic coastal views overlooking La Jolla Shores. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood on a cul de sac, you are conveniently close to everything and have have quick convenient access to all freeways. This luxury home has a warm, open, rich, resort spa feel to it with tile and wood floors, high beam ceilings, and dark knotty alder doors throughout. Swim in a warm salt water lap pool and relax in the spa while enjoying the spectacular ocean and mountain views. Room Descriptions:
The master bedroom has ocean views, high beam ceiling, a queen size bed, French doors opening to the pool, a lovely marble gas fireplace with remote control and a 42' flat screen high definition TV above with Blue-ray player, surround sound ceiling speakers, tile floor, ceiling fan/heater, sofa and reading chair. The master bath has ocean views with a Jacuzzi tub that fits two, double sinks, rain forest granite throughout, a huge glass shower with two shower heads and three body sprays and surround sound ceiling speakers.
The two guest bedrooms have bay windows with garden views, wood floors, raised ceilings with ceiling fan/heater, one with a queen size bed and one with a standard size bed. The guest bedrooms share a wide 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with double sinks and a private large glass shower.
The Suite is a second master bedroom, has a large bay window with mountain views, French doors opening to the garden, a 55 inch flat screen high definition TV with Blue-ray player, surround sound ceiling speakers, a wet bar, freestanding gas stove fireplace with remote control, tile floor, electric piano, a king size bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower.
The spacious chef's kitchen is fully furnished with every gadget and accessory a cook desires, including crystal and china. It has gorgeous green/iridescent blue granite counter tops and glass tile decor throughout, ocean views, tile floor, is open to the great room TV, has a full bar with wine refrigerator, a large island that seats four and contains two Sub Zero freezer drawers including ice maker, there are two sinks, a six burner gas stove, 1 gas oven, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave/speed cooking oven, dishwasher, large walk through pantry with cookbooks, appliances, china, cookware, and outdoor entertainment glasses and dishes, full Sub Zero refrigerator, full Sub Zero freezer with two additional pull out drawers including 2nd ice maker, a La Cantina folding window opening from the main sink with a pass through counter to the patio BBQ area, a French door that opens to the pool/patio/BBQ area, surround sound ceiling speakers, and a control panel for the whole house and outdoor music system.
The great room is open to the kitchen with high wood beam ceilings, a vintage Bosendorfer 7' grand piano, a travertine gas fireplace with remote control, gorgeous built in wood entertainment center with 50' flat screen high definition TV, Blue-ray player, surround sound ceiling speakers, L-shaped sofa and comfortable living room furniture, and La Cantina folding doors that open the entire wall to the patio, pool and BBQ areas.
The gym has French doors that open to the pool with ocean views, padded gym floor, a Universal Gym, lifecycle exercise bike, elliptical machine, free weights, an incline bench, a standard bench, and a large selection of exercise videos including yoga, zumba and many more.
