Enjoy our lovely spacious entire basement suite with 1 king size bed and 1 full size bed. Located in a high quality, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. 8 minutes walk to 69 street Ctrain station, 15 minutes ride to Downtown Calgary, 60 minutes drive to Banff National Park. It also provides private full bathroom, private smart TV with free Netflix and Youtube access, bluetooth roof audio system and a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ air purifier which keeps the room very comfortable.
Note: 1. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the shared kitchen is closed to guests temporarily; 2. There is no private entrance. You need to enter the house from the front door, then you can find the basement door in 3-5 steps; 3. The basement door is lockable. Behind the basement door, the whole spacious basement is private and secure; 4. The room rate is for two people. For each additional person, CAD15 extra per day.

Summary: Overall, this place was perfect for our one night stay. Everything was clean and the basement was very spacious, the window is big enough to let a good amount of light in and it was nice and cool which we really liked. We were even given early check-in to accommodate our schedule which was beyond what we expected
