The house is great for large groups as it comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. All 6 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows from the comfort of your room.
Bedroom 1 features two comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and has a lovely view of the pool view & Smart-tv.
Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-sized bed and a closet to unpack your belongings & Smart-tv.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with king-sized beds, has a lovely view of the pool area, and has an ensuite bathroom & Smart-tv.
Bedroom 4 also features two queen-sized beds facing the street & Smart-tv, and has an ensuite bathroom

There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, with seating for ten and six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors.

The open-concept living room is the perfect place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the big couch and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the 70” flat-screen smart TV. The home can sleep 16+ people, assuming two per bed. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $50 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.
Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $35 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
