Positive: The location was good, we enjoyed the view to the courtyard. Overall it was nice though it needs some fixing up to be excellent.
Negative: The beds were too soft (the mattresses) so we barely slept during night. Also there's a reconstruction going on on the building, so during week days they woke us up before 8 am which is something that really didn't make us happy. There's a fan, unfortunately the plug is broken so it's just a decoration. Also once you arrive, there's no sign showing you were the apartment is, you need to read one of the many instructions that you get to your email.
