Pine 🌲 Mountain Club is located in the middle of the beautiful Los Padres National Forest in a deep valley of the San Emigdio Mountains where fire danger ⚠️can be high.
1. There is a “NO SHOES” Rule in the home. Please take your shoes off at the entrance of home.
2. Our short term rental vacation home welcomes children of all ages. The safety and security of minors is the full responsibility of the parents and or guardians at all times. Never leave children unattended on the property. EVER! All children must be supervised at all times inside and outside the house. We have wildlife, bears, bobcats, and other mountain animals. It is your responsibility to keep your children and animals safe. Please be mindful.
3. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and visitors) from the property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged.
4. For security purposes and transparency, there are cameras on the outside of the house - Ring doorbell camera at entrance and Nature Cameras for the outside of the house. These are always on. There are no cameras on the inside of the property.
5. For the safety of all guests, visitors, and residents of Pine Mountain Club, please be aware that the speed limit on all PMC roads is 25 MPH except the short section up to the Transfer Site and Equestrian Center (15 MPH).
6. Please drive slowly to avoid hitting wild animals, horses/riders, and pedestrians.
7. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles at Focus on Love House, 4 vehicles at the Yes, And Family Fun in the Mountains house, 3 vehicles at the Sacred Space House, and 4 vehicles at the Joy House have been arranged for you. There is NO street parking in Pine Mountain Club. Street parking is subject to fines by the PMCHOA.
8. Pets and family animals will be welcomed with an additional fee. Up to two animals please and let the host know in advance apply at check rules. We have cameras outside. If we find out after we have brought a pet you will be responsible for the pet fee. NO pets off leash outside of home are allowed in Pine Mountain Club. Period. Please note: Fine by PMCHOA may be incurred by guests.
9. As service animals are not pets, they are of course welcome to stay on the property with the humans they assist. Please inform the host when making a reservation and be aware that an additional cleaning fee may be required.
10. We require a smoke free environment inside the home. Please note that a $200.00/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered indoors after a guest checks out. Plus any damages. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present.
11. We are blessed with an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding area, so please do not leave any food or trash outside— if you’re using the BBQ grill, please clean up any grease on/around the grill area afterward.
12. Indoor/Outdoor furniture is NOT to be rearranged as it can damage floors/walls/property.
13. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to the property or furnishings before checking out. Any damage made to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and will be reported.
