Come spend your holidays feet in the sand in this pretty house T4 of 100 square meters in new wood (2017), on the edge of the forest of cork oaks.
New family neighborhood, quiet and surrounded by contemporary houses.
On the ground floor :
- Kitchen-living room of 40 square meters bright, 4 windows overlooking 2 terraces to the south and west.
- Open kitchen equipped (oven / microwave oven / ceramic hob / extractor / dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large enamel sink and retractable faucet).
- Central island with tableware and 6 seats
- Corner sofa
- flat screen TV
- Master bedroom with bay window overlooking the garden, bed 160x200 and bathroom (sink + Italian shower).
Upstairs :
- 2 attic rooms (140x200 bed and 160x200 bed) with 2 windows each and individual dressing rooms.
- 1 bathroom (2 sinks, Italian shower + wc).
Towels and sheets not provided.
