Surrounded by mature trees on 1.25 acres in the Village of Michiana, Wilder Woods is a custom log home by Larry Booth of Booth Hansen. With handcrafted Maple Island logs, a Rumsford fireplace, and three finished levels, the home opens to a private backyard anchored by a heated pool, full cabana, hot tub, and sport court for pickleball and basketball. Screened porches and a firepit gathering area create an atmosphere that’s as welcoming outside as it is indoors.
THE SPACE
At the heart of the home, a dramatic great room is framed by exposed beams and a two-story stone fireplace. Oversized windows draw the landscape in, while deep sofas and rich textures make this a favorite space for both conversation and quiet. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
