A true haven of peace, in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the historic center of St Rémy-de-Provence and the citadel of Baux-de-Provence, is the charming Provencal villa of 120 m², fully equipped, located on 850 m2 wooded grounds with its 8mX4m Desjoyaux swimming pool built in 2014. Villa Kristina combines the charm of the countryside near the city, Its added value, its privileged assets are optimized by a unique positioning, in the heart of a strategic axis between St Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de- Provence, Arles and Avignon and only 1 hour from Saintes Maries de la Mer in the Camargue, with its beaches as far as the eye can see.
The villa "Kristina" is made up of a capacity of 6 adults with the possibility (to be discussed) of 1 to 2 additional children: 3 double bedrooms upstairs of 10 m2, 12 m2 and 13 m2, decorated with beds and brand new mattresses in 160X200 with their adjoining bathroom and WC.
On the ground floor 1 beautiful bedroom - office with its 160X200 bed and around 18 m2 with direct access to the outside and the swimming pool.
The living room and dining room are open to the outside providing pleasant light, the kitchen making it possible to offer guests quality meals due to its recent layout.
All the bedrooms and living room and dining room are refreshed by the recent installation (May 2017) of 2 new Daikin air conditioning systems essential for your comfort.
The terrace under natural arbor has a large tempered glass table for 8 people, accompanied by its comfortable armchair chairs overlooking the swimming pool and the beautifully wooded garden.
The lounge area and outdoor sofas will welcome you under its 4X3m pergola and comfortable armchairs, facing the swimming pool, to taste these precious moments of conviviality and sharing. A barbecue and plancha area will allow you to enjoy good grills to share in laughter and good humor.
