Summary: I don’t like ever leaving negative feedback on a stay and actually I think this is probably the first. The biggest complaint we had was that the air conditioning was woefully inadequate and we spent every night sleeping in a bedroom that was too hot and we couldn’t even have a sheet on top of us. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There were dust bunnies and picture frames, etc. underneath the bed, those were the major issues we had. The location of the property is perfect. Check in process was smooth. I tried to contact management on the deadbolt issue, but we just relied on the lock on the screen door. Some of this needs to be updated to improve future stays.
