Positive: The people who attend the calls are in a call center and are not very helpful. The building is very nice but they gave us a room on the floor below the lobby and it had only one window so it was pretty dark. It had nothing to do with the pictures I saw so I asked them to change us for I am a bit claustrophobic but they were unable to help us. The mattress was terrible - it had basically a middle hole in it so we had to use the sofa bed.
Negative: THE BED, THE LIGHT. If that would've been different, I would rate this place much better.
Summary: I just think we had bad luck with our studio.
