If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions.
