The approx. 110 m² apartment is on two levels. A utility room with your own washing center, Miele machine and Miele dryer are in the comfortable apartment - everything you need to feel good all round.
Casual luxury - After a walk through the hallway, a very spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with an antique tiled stove and cozy lounge invites you to relax, as well as a large dining area for breakfast - a wonderful place to linger with all imaginable extras. (Nespresso machine with free initial capsule equipment, another traditional coffee machine. A 6 meter wide, opening terrace front provides a lot of light, which you can open completely to your own terrace. Two additional windows let in additional pleasant daylight. Your access to the spacious terrace with high-quality garden furniture and two loungers and into the garden is made directly from the living area.
In the evening, indirect lighting and blinds made of cherry wood create a wonderful atmosphere in the living area.
A special piece of jewelry: the antique secretary - to use or simply to marvel at. A high-quality BOSE® music system with surround sound for sonorous days in the apartment is ready. A 55-inch TV provides you with all channels via satellite in HD. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is as free as high-speed WiFi (100,000 line!). Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth for your feet. On cooler days, you are welcome to use the antique Swedish tiled stove with an open fire. Firelighters and firewood are available to a limited extent.
From the hall you can also access a bedroom with a large double bed from the French brand Grange and high quality new mattresses. Recharge your batteries - wonderfully bedded. (180 x 200 cm)
There is a shower room with a toilet directly opposite. Tiled with fine marble, adorned with gold-plated fittings and with underfloor heating. Enjoy pure refreshment in a stylish round shower made of glass - and then put your shower towel down on the practical towel warmer.
