Positive: We prepared our own breakfast
Negative: There were ants everywhere. We found some spray that we used in the shower and bathroom sink but didn't dare use it in the kitchen around food. Washer and Dryer were broken? We had to use the machines near the office and pay to use them. Laundry room was clean and nice and had a change machine for getting quarters.
