No problem! Serenity Cove is conveniently located next door to the private community boat ramp and has calm waters so you can easily dock up right next to the edge of the bulkhead with the provided bumpers and ropes. ** Please note: to exit the cove you must travel under a very low bridge with a 5’8” clearance to the water. You must lower any towers or bimini tops.)

CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared house for your visit! Serenity Cove is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and we very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.
MONITORING: To protect our guests and home, Serenity Cove has a camera installed at the front door ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion-activated and only captures activity outside the front door. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.
