Positive: The location and property are at the top. However, management should focus on client service. We enjoy the room and the breakfast supplied. The timely replacement of the breakfast shortfall was not accurate.
Negative: There were no tissue boxes in the room. The toiletries given were of low quality. Labelled as KTDC. Two little tissue rolls were maintained in the washroom area. The room was clean, but KTDC Samudra should fulfil the quality of hospitality for the price they demand. I took a room that cost INR 7,500/- + Tax 900 = INR 8,400/- I went there on 19 August 2025. I was not aware that monsoon ban were there we are not allowed to access beach during this time. It was not mention in the website as well. During such time they should not charge us this much. When I was booking through third party page the spa was included in the charge of room. But there were no such facilities.
Summary: It was an good experience but it could have been much better.
