Positive: Cleanliness and quietness and the sea view only from the second floor, the quick response from the polite landlord. the safety and security, the decent social standards of neighbours. People in general were very kind and helpful, they never ask for money in return of help offered.
Negative: The owner or the Agent was extremely nice and helpful, but there were some issues addressed by my family that bothered them such as No enough decent utensils, the stove and oven working but not clean with no vent lighting which made it hard to see with the weak lighting in the kitchen area. Beds mattresses were clean but not ready setup with clean sheets, and we have to look for sheets and make the beds ourselves, no soap of any kind or any Hygiene material, lots of mosquitos and sticky flies. The property was not on the first row on the sand, The view was partially blocked by under construction first row villas. The small outdoor limited green area and a very small pool, all feeling tight with a high fence that blocks completely the sea view. You can only enjoy the sea view from upstair main bedroom balcony. The Location and long distance to the market and the beach. The necessity of using a transportation to go to the market and the beach. The outrageous cost of renting golf cars, the entrance fees to the beach while was discounted by owner's request. The property was not ready equipped with a working Wifi and hot water, and had to stay a whole paid night with no wifi or hot water. There is no enough public amenities (salons, spas and recreational activities except in Hotels properties). The beach has beautiful blue suddle water but with rocky seafloor that is dangerous and possibly causing feet injuries. There is not lot of varieties of bars and restaurants and entertainment. The crazy steep prices of everything you buy. We honestly could have paid less in a week vacation in the Greek islands, Portugal or South Spain. In General it was a nice decent place and okay experience but never close to our expectations. I recommend this place if the owner correct these points and advise to have your car to be able to move around.
