We propose to you to the rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned duplex flat with sea view, at approximately 800 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 33 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 12 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (two beds) and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), dressing room and sea view.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared within the residence) open from April to the end of October (non-contractual opening dates subject to change by the residence), equipped with sun loungers, straw huts and paddling pool for children. The large pool measures 25x10 m.
- A beautiful private garden of about 12 m², enclosed by shrubs.
- A private terrace of about 6 m², facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The flat is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment within a 3-star tourist residence. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
