Positive: Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was responsive and friendly. The living room/dining room space was good, as was the kitchen which had a lot of the items needed to prepare meals. Location was magnificent as was the view of the Serre Poncon lake. The laundry room washers worked very well, but they were placed next to the garbage bins so it was quick smelly.

Negative: We got the keys at the dropbox area as the office was closed on a Wednesday. There was a hiccup on arrival - no towels, sheets, toilet paper. Apparently we were supposed to be in CC07, but we got the keys to CC06. Thank goodness we brought our own toilet paper. The ladies at the front desk took care of us the next morning - they were quite lovely. We used the queen bedded room as there were only 2 of us. Bed was comfy but room was just too small. Tough to maneuver around. The room with 2 beds was also tight. Having to go from the bedroom to the bathroom was also a challenge due to tight corners. None of the regular services were available as it was early in the summer (pool, ponton, restaurant) which was a shame because there were quite a number of people on the property.
