Positive: The room was very spacious, great AC! There was a mini balcony which was nice. The staff was super nice, and blingual. They had a restaurant on top. Location was just a couple blocks from a hostal where we did cheap laundry.The Zocalo was very close by too.
Negative: There was no warm water although advertised as warm water. It was cold and during the day became luke warm. They have a jacuzzi on the roof; however, the jacuzzi was not warm. It just got room temperature during the day.
Summary: Great staff, spacious room + AC
