The house is on two levels: the ground floor with a bedroom, a living room / bedroom and a kitchen dining room and a large terrace of about 25 m². The floor is very spacious and bright with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony.
In the garden, you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade of pine trees. Deck chairs are available to tenants as well as a few bikes and a ping pong table.
The house is ideally located, it is less than 700 m from the beach, the bay of La Baule facing south is one of the largest and most beautiful in Europe, it can be reached on foot through the quiet streets of the neighborhood and admire the pretty villas of La Baule.
