Positive: Monica met us outside of the apartment which was very helpful. She was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was cosy and clean, but we didn't expect having a bathroom only on the second floor with a very steep spiral staircase. It is just not for everyone and I wish someone would have mentioned it. The location was good, only 6 minutes to drive to a very charming Baveno and 10 minutes to Stressa.
Negative: I think to update the kitchen supplies would benefit this apartment. There were no extra bed linen or blanket.
Summary: Nice apartment for the value.
