Positive: Paolo, the host, is such a lovely person! The location is perfect too, just outside of the busy historic precinct, at walking distance (~20 minutes) to the main sites in the city.
Negative: Not the property's fault, but parking can be very challenging in Firenze. The host does everything he can to help, but it is still challenging, so it may not be the best option if you're looking for a property with free parking.
