On the ground floor the apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, separate kitchen, lounge-dining room with a sofa bed & access to the large Southwest facing terrace with marvelous sea views and BBQ, The top floor has a bedroom, bathroom, a laundry terrace, one smaller terrace outside the bedroom facing west and another big terrace facing South west for sunbathing. Ideal for 5 to 6 people. It has spectacular sea views and is fully equipped. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave as well as kitchen utensils and crockery. Washing machine & Dishwasher. Free WiFi with fiber 50mB and 190 TV channels in different languages.
"Ladera del Mar" is a spectacular urbanization built on a hillside, next to the Mediterranean Sea, hence its name. Its magnificent location, and its architectural typology, combined with lush gardens, make it a reference. It is located in a very quiet residential area, to the West of the town and facing the sea, an ideal place to enjoy a relaxed vacation, and yet you are just a few minutes drive from the centre of Nerja. The beaches are about 500 meters walk away. The urbanization has a great community pool, SUMMER 2020 IS THE POOL CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19, and next to it, a magnificent lawn area where you can sunbathe. Easy parking on the streets besides the properties on the complex.

Summary: The villa was lovely, and just what we needed. The directions from the office where we collected the keys were not great, and it took us quite a while to find the right place. I think it would have been good to have more useful information in the home. For example where the swimming pool was located, info about bus services, where to put garbage etc. I think there should be a general information folder in the house. The property was lovely and clean when we arrived and the balconies were great. We really enjoyed our stay.
