Positive: Bed was comfortable, a nice kitchen and parking.
Negative: Couches were the most uncomfortable. Spent most of time sitting at the dining table. Walked in first time in the apartment smelled like Lysol, offensive. Opened the pantry and there was a can of Raid. Someone else’s food, parts of coffee maker. Opened the coat closet and it was cluttered with stuff. The bedroom closet had an array of miscellaneous hangers and bedding. The bed sheets were stained as well as the shower curtain. The flooring had bubbles. Only view of the lake was from the kitchen window. Not much selection of TV entertainment. I would not rent this place again.
Summary: Cute apartment but the they need to up their standards.
