Overlook Cathedral Trail on Attitash Mountain from our new three level trailside townhome located just above the Attitash base lodge. Walk 50ft to Skiing/Hiking on Cathedral Trail. Included is access to all Attitash Sports club amenities (Indoor pool, 1 Outdoor pool, Hot tubs, Exercise room & Tennis courts). Enjoy Cathedral Trail townhouse privacy for a break from the plentiful, nearby activities.
Our rustic decorated, custom built property features a majestic stone fireplace in the great room with wall of windows overlooking the rear deck and ski trail. The open floor concept flows to the wood dining room table and granite tiered island with a fully equipped kitchen and 36" professional stove. The dry bar and beverage fridge is an easy reach from the living room while watching the 65" LED Smart TV or using the available WIFI service.
The upper level includes two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with 40" TV. The other bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, a full size futon and 40" TV. The large bathroom has a custom walk in shower. The lower level includes two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a 40" TV. The washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.
Plenty of wood is available for cozy fires at night and central AC to ensure comfortable sleeping in the summer. The rear, private deck overlooking the ski/hiking trail includes a premium Weber gas grill and patio table with chairs. This is complimented by a rustic beamed front deck as a welcome alternative.
Our property is in a great location in addition to the mountain area activities with a multitude of restaurants just minutes away. Storyland is a 5 minute drive, North Conway is 12 minutes and the outlets are 15 minutes from the property. Grant's Grocery store and the State Liquor Outlet is an easy 2 mile drive from the property.
