4 Bedroom Villa in Campos

This spacious country house is built on a plot of 28,000 m², and offers complete privacy. All around there are beautiful views towards the surrounding countryside and the landscaped garden has a well-kept lawn and is decorated with olive and palm trees. The house is air conditioned (all bedrooms/living area) and consists of a very large living and dining area with flat screen TV, SAT, DVD, stereo and dining table for 8 persons. Next to the living room there's a big and very functional kitchen which is fully equipped. An additional utility room stores the washing machine, iron and iron board. There is a total of 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (2 x bath/shower and 1 x shower) in the house, all located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and glass sliding doors leading directly to the garden and pool area. From the living room and the kitchen, large sliding doors lead to the terrace with comfortable table and garden chairs by the pool. There's also a brick built barbecue, so this is the ideal setting for a barbecue all together. The mosaic tiled pool measures 10 x 5 m and is surrounded by a solar terrace, sun loungers and a well kept lawn. This property is ideal for families with children.
