The house is the central feature of a site totalling 24,500 m² that is slightly elevated above the surrounding countryside. This holiday home provides numerous possibilities for enjoying the beautiful, well-kept garden and the 38 m² terraced landscape. It has plenty of lounge seating for sun-worshipers, an appealing dining spot with wooden furniture, adjacent area for chilling with black lounge chairs, and deck chairs for the pool area, all with parasols for shade. Modern but traditional Mallorcan-style rocking chairs in the covered terrace area invite you to relax with a book. Evenings can be spent in comfort under the open sky. All that's needed is someone to light the grill to end the day on a culinary note.
The living area in the villa is 250 m², extending over 2 storeys, where you can spread out to your heart's content. The rooms are flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows and the bright, modern furniture underscores the modern style and particularly pleasant atmosphere. The entire house has an open plan, so the living and dining area on the ground floor flows into the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen has white cabinets and all the important appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, vent hood, large refrigerator). The bright, shiny flooring on the lower level emphasises the bright character of this house. On the ground floor you will find living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with a practical guest toilet and two stylish double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor. Upstairs is the large suite with a dressing room and private bath. The wood furnishings are white, some with a whitewashed finish, like the beautiful country house doors. The bath has selected furnishings, like a round washbasin on a sandstone-coloured marble slab. Enjoy the breathtaking view across Mallorca to the Tramuntana mountains from the private terrace on this level. A cosy studio with the fourth double room is on the upper floor. Children especially love this studio, so we can particularly recommend stays with up to six adults and two children.
The luxurious property has a fantastic remote location far off the beaten path, away from any potential neighbours, on the east side of the island in the small municipal district of Ariany. Ariany is a small, pretty place with seven windmills in its surrounding countryside. The central location in the eastern part of the island, however, makes larger towns such as Petra easily accessible. There is a weekly market there on the Plaça Ramon Llull, for example, but the large stores are also available for shopping.
