6 Bedroom House in Nahant

Large open living area, perfect for large gatherings. 7,000 square feet on 2.5 acres. Very quiet. Lots of parking. Great front porch with swing. Close to public beach, 100 yds from the Ocean. Artists home w very accommodating host. 4 of the bdrs have air conditioning and sm refrig, easy access to Salem for October events
I have a cat that is never in the main part of the house.
1 bedroom has 2 single, 1 bedroom has 3 queens, 1 bedroom has a king and a queen , and the rest of the rooms has 1 queen, they all have bathrooms .

Whole main house available plus front and back yard 2plus acres. No access to caretakers wing. House is suitable weddings and retreats etc

Interaction with guests
I have a separate apartment in the basement with separate entrance and exit so I am usually around to help with any problems and give directions. Other than that I prefer to keep separate unless required for assistance.
There is a separate caretakers wing through the living room double French doors that has it's own separate entrance.
If there are any concerns please let me know so I can make sure that they are addressed.

Summary: We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room to make and enjoy meals and games with everyone. Easy walk to ocean, quiet environment and close to nature. Great for family of all ages, also pet friendly. Beautiful pieces of art and furnitures. Accessible for online grocery and food delivery apps. Highly recommended for those who are looking for functionality and space.
