Beautiful Provencal villa built in the 1930’s with sea view, 50 meters from the most beautiful beach in Bandol, Renecros beach, in a residential area within10' walking distance from the city center.
The two main floors of the villa can be rented (without the 3rd – ground floor - being occupied). The villa is very bright and open. In the summer the villa is particularly pleasant with its high ceilings that maintains it fresh, and in the winter it benefits from a recent central heating.
The first floor is the heart of the house with 150 m2 where you find the kitchen, a living room and a dining room with direct access to a large south facing terrace of 2m by 13m long. On the same floor you also find 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom and 1 children's room with bunkbeds and a single bed. These 2 bedrooms also share a shower room. The kitchen is new and has just been entirely refurbished in early 2018, with new equipment.
The second floor was built as a separate apartment on the top floor, with a very comfortable and large living room, modern and cozy, overlooking another 10m2 terrace with sea view and the island of Bendor. The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen as well, and a double bedroom and bathroom.
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden, completely secure and perfect for families with small children. Access to the garden is through a gate which electrical switch is given from inside the house. The front garden can park up to 4 cars.
The villa is set in hand by someone who knows well the house, and who can also help in case of problems.
Perfectly located, from the house you can enjoy the nearby beaches of Bandol, markets and shops without having to take the car during your stay. 50 meters away, is located the most beautiful beach in Bandol: Renecros. The daily Bandol market is at 10 ' walking distance, and you can also enjoy a weekly large market on Tuesdays in the city center. At 5’ walking distance, you will find the best bakery in the region and a small supermarket opened daily from 8 to 20H summer.
For those willing to explore the region, you will find nearby beautiful day trip villages with the famous Provencal villages of Le Castelet , La Cadiere d’Azur, or Cassis.
A cleaning service at the end of each stay is planned, to ensure the house is well prepared for the following guests. This closing cleaning fee of 130 euros is payable directly to the lady in charge of the house upon arrival.
