Positive: Full breakfast buffet with omelets and eggs made to order.

Negative: We were not informed by booking.com that all inclusive for three nights did not include dining service in the specialty restaurants except for one night. And if I ordered what I wanted would of had to pay extra as nearly half the menu was marked as not included in all inclusive!! (Also, only two specialty restaurants of three were open and one is a Mexican restaurant so not much different than buffet) so we were limited eating buffet for breakfast lunch and all dinners except one. The restaurant overlooking beach was already closed for the season even though its April. It was the main restaurant that inspired us to stay there. We did enjoy the additional limited breakfast and snack service on the 20th floor. The room was good, view is amazing, pools are nice and the private beach is what makes this hotel special. The hotel pushes to save water by not recycling towels yet has one hook behind door to dry two huge bath towels and have no where else!
