We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Summary: First I want to say that this home more than met our expectations... beds were comfortable, the pool is gorgeous and that hot tub is a must after walking the strip. Only suggestion is to bring some extra paper plates of you don't want to do dishes... lolThank you Mandi for making our trip even more memorable with your generous hospitality.
