Positive: 1. Perfect access in CBD. 2. Everything in the room is clean. 3. Great scenery on 5th floor 4. Excellent trustworthy security on all floors. 5. Affordable prices 6. Restaurant on 1st floor
Negative: 1. They provide opposite of what was booked: 1-bed room instead of a 2-bed room. (Deception) 2. Check out time on booking.com is until 23:00 but they ignored that saying it is 10 am and made me pay KES 1,000. (Another deception and overpayment). 3. Room details listed in booking.com facilities is totally false : a washing machine, private entrance, private bathroom,,budget double room with 2 beds. The TV is old, non-functional or broken, free toiletries (only toilet paper and soap). 4. The photos are deceptive: 1 bed is shown instead of 2 beds. 5. Mosquito net was ripped so mosquitoes entered (see photo) 6. Stained sink (see photo)
