The apartment
The apartment is located in the elegant marina of Santa Maria al Bagno (Municipality of Nardò-Salento-Italy), in the beautiful bay of Gallipoli.
The apartment is located within a single property consisting of several units with separate entrance. The property was completely renovated in 2017 and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment, about 80 square meters, consists of two independent bedrooms (one double and one triple), a large bathroom also recently renovated, a dining room with kitchenette, a large entrance and a veranda. Both at the entrance and in the dining room there are two new double sofa beds. The kitchen is large and equipped with electric oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, a new set of dishes and crockery and each kitchen tool, a 32 inch TV, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. The veranda at the entrance, covered and fenced, overlooks the municipal road and is equipped with table and chairs to allow eating out, useful in the presence of children.
The unit is equipped with external surveillance cameras, mosquito nets, external grilles, safe, ceiling fans, air conditioning, free Wifi. The parking space is free and free on the wide municipal road.

• Towels and sheets are on request for a supplement of € 15 per person per stay. While kitchen linen is present.

• A key deposit of € 200 (cash only) is requested, which will be returned at the exit.
• The cost for charging electric / hybrid cars (if possible) is charged separately and according to consumption.
• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your arrival date.

Distances and points of interest
The apartment is only 400 meters from the sea accessible and swimming, a wonderful low cliff full of inlets. The famous "Quattro Colonne" tower stands on these rocks, today a renowned restaurant, lounge bar and disco. This ancient tower, symbol of Santa Maria al Bagno and one of the icons of Salento, is one of the largest coastal towers of sighting of Salento built by Charles V, in the sixteenth century, to defend the territory from the assaults of the Saracens. The central part of the ancient tower collapsed and today only the four corner bastions remain. In the place where the tower is located there is a source of fresh water, also known by pirates who often attacked the area to refuel.
