Positive: Location is super good, the apartment itself is also very nice and spacious. I would come back to it again.
Negative: The search for the box with keys, and also the lock box codes when you arrive and leave the apartment are a bit confusing, but manageable. What really annoyed me was that were there no indications where to find bins in order to take the waste out of the apartment, except for the instructions to do so. So you have to wander the streets with your waste bags trying to find where actual bins are located.
Summary: All in all, my experience was really good.
