A spacious and equipped Provencal kitchen with a dining area opening onto the terrace and garden. A TV lounge with a high ceiling of about 8m.
A bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine: a library that will delight all readers.
A children's bedroom with 3 beds (2 bunk beds and 1 bed 90cm).
A bedroom with a 140cm bed. A shower room and an independent toilet.
Adjacent to the property and above the shelter is an independent bedroom with a 140cm bed. A shower room and a guest toilet.
A beautiful exterior of 1700m² with a naturally shaded area and garden furniture. A swimming pool of 5,5m x 11m and 1m50 deep. The pool is secured by an electric roller shutter (weekly maintenance on Friday).
