Le merveilleux is a 5-room, 111 m² apartment in a Haussmann-style building on the 3rd floor with elevator, located on rue Président Edouard Herriot. In the immediate vicinity of Place des Terreaux, the Hôtel de Ville and all the shops and tourist attractions, you'll be immersed in the heart of the city and able to fully appreciate all the charm that the capital of gastronomy has to offer.
The apartment is composed as follows :

- Entrance hall with large storage cupboard and closet

- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron
- Office area
- A sublime living room with parquet flooring, original lighting fixtures, moldings, colorful sofas, a connected TV, two art deco fireplaces, large windows overlooking Rue Edouard Herriot. Access to a small balcony overlooking the Saint-Nizier church.
- A spacious dining area that also opens onto the open kitchen.
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen with a raised section and bar chairs, a sublime work surface for cooking for your friends or family, two refrigerators, a storeroom, numerous cupboards... (toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, crockery etc. at your disposal)

- A master suite with queen-size bed (160X200), dressing room and bathroom with WC and walk-in shower
