Positive: Wonderful property, in a great location and most professional and sweet staff! The hotel is very close to the train station. One can easily walk to the hotel with one’s suitcases - just a three minute walk. We arrived early so obviously the room was not ready. But we could leave our suitcases to check in later. The staff upgraded us to a lovely room with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The room is spacious with a lovely bathroom too. Loved the breakfast spread too.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Wish we could have stayed one more night to enjoy the various facilities - the pool, the spa etc.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!
