Exterior:
- A balcony of 6.5 m², facing west with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. It is protected from the sun by an electric blind and has lighting to enjoy the outside in the evening.
This is the most lively and sought-after area of Nice: many restaurants and shops of all kinds. The proximity of the Promenade des Anglais gives quick access (850m, 11mn on foot) to the beaches that border it. The Cours Saleya is a place of perpetual animation: flower market, Provencal market and flea market on Mondays. Place Garibaldi also offers numerous events (including the Saturday flea market) and gives access to the district known as "le petit marais" (the little marsh) in Nice, which is also very lively, with its restaurants and craft stores. Finally one should not forget the Jean-Paul Belmondo art cinema on the Garibaldi square.
It is also easy to get to 3 of the most important hospitals in Nice:
- Lanval Hospital (maternity and paediatrics), the CHU Pasteur (emergencies and all specialities) and Lacassagne Hospital (cancerology).

- For the cultural, we can point out the immediate proximity of the MAMAC (museum of contemporary art) and the library (with the square head of the sculptor Sosno). In the old town you can discover masterpieces of baroque art (church and palace-museum Lascaris for example but also the Palace of the Sardinian kings, the current prefecture).
- For leisure, the Promenade offers 7 km for walking or cycling or swimming. In winter, the Saint-Francis swimming pool, 3 minutes away from Miralheti street, also offers swimming.
- Finally, the city center and the pedestrian zone are not far away (7mn with the tram1 and 15mn on foot) with the luxury stores (rue Alphonse Karr, rue Longchamp and rue de Suède).

Possibility to find free parking in the small streets of the Cimiez district". motorcycle parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, next to the cab rank.
