Summary: This condo is in an excellent location, however, it involves first getting to your condo to obtain a parking pass and key fob (to have access to elevator and parking garage), then returning to your car so you can park in a more convenient (and legal) spot in the parking garage. Upon arrival, you must park “somewhere” in the area near a side entrance and call the property manager from a call box to get inside. From there it’s a trek down winding hallways to get to the elevator and finally to the condo on the third floor. There was not a parking pass in our condo, so we had to park on the seventh floor and and take the elevator back down to the third floor parking to get back to the condo. This was quite a process. Also, each time we drove somewhere we had to take the elevator to the seventh floor to get our car and back down to the third floor when we returned. It would have been nice had someone brought us a parking pass! The listing wasn’t accurate. There is no view of the shops, just the parking garage. Communication was lacking. I had texts and phone calls from three different people. One telling me everything was confirmed. Then another asking me if I wanted an upgrade because there was an issue with the condo (a broken chair). Then a third also asking me if I would like to upgrade because a group was coming in and wanted to be in the same building. This was over three or four days and was off putting and stressful less than a week before our trip. The upgrade was not in the same location, so I declined. Overall, this was a nice condo and it was quiet at night. It was a short walk from the condo down the hall to the parking garage elevator and down to the ground floor that lead straight to the shops. The air-conditioner was set to 68° (I think) . It would’ve been great to have it 1 or 2° cooler. We were too warm at night.
