Welcome to Leland, a coastal lover’s escape. This spacious, luxury property is just steps away from N Lake Leelanau and downtown Leland where you’ll enjoy all that historic Fish town has to offer- fantastic restaurants, boutiques, great beaches and more! Chandler Pines features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths main house plus a 1 bedroom carriage house. (Carriage house not available winter months) The property sleeps up to 14 max and 12 in the winter.
Brand new furnishings and the modern farmhouse architecture are sure to please. Stunning curb appeal, gardens bursting with color, and a gorgeous covered front porch sets the stage for what’s to come inside. In the main house are 2 king beds each with own bath, 2 queens-One queen is on the upper level off of main entry, second queen shares a bath with bunk room on the second floor. The gourmet kitchen features gas range, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Off of the kitchen is a large dining area that overlooks the patio. The cozy living room features a smart TV for streaming (no cable) and stack stone wood burning fireplace that opens to a large deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining. A spacious, grassy backyard is perfect for kids. After a day on the water, retreat to your spacious master suite for a soak in the tub or a steam shower.
Just 4 houses away from swimming and beautiful views of N Lake Leelanau! Short walk to Lake Michigan. Paddleboards and kids' life jackets provided. Traverse City is a 30 minute drive. Suttons Bay is 15 minutes.
House rents Sun-Sun weekly during prime summer. This home has a 6-night minimum in the off season.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our big family enjoyed our stay at Chandler Pines! There was enough room for all 12 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other! A couple suggestions: extra blankets, we were there in November and it was cold, and TVs in the additional bedrooms would be so great. Thanks!
