Positive: Beautiful location, great living space, excelent recomendations, wifi fast. Close to all the tourist spots
Negative: It's on a ped zone, so parking was a couple blocks away. No way to look out the window at the Notra Dame without dragging your luggage a couple blocks though, definately worth the trade
