Leaning against the hills of the Massifs of the Pays d'Aubagne and Marseille, we offer you in a contemporary villa independent accommodation on the ground floor consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a 55m2 living room with a fully equipped American kitchen.
This accommodation is located in a relaxing and flowery setting with panoramic views of the Garlaban hills, the Régagnas mountain and the Sainte Victoire mountain (*).
(*) Location: Aix en Provence-20 min, Vieux Port Marseille-20 min, Cassis sea-20 min, Aix en Provence TGV station-35 min, Marseille-Provence airport-40 min.
Outside, you have from May to October a heated salt pool of 11m by 4.50m, a lazy relaxation area, as well as three terraces, two of which are covered with dining area (with griddle). The accommodation is on the same level as the swimming pool. The entire ground floor, pool and garden space is privatized for tenants.
Inside, the 3 bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned and carefully decorated. The bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 or 180x200 beds.
The first bathroom offers a bathtub with shower and a double stone sink as well as a towel warmer. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a single sink as well as a towel warmer.
The large living room of 55m2 includes, a lounge area convertible into a double-sleeping area with sofa bed (140cm), a TV and relaxation area with sofas, a wood stove, and a new fully equipped American kitchen with space meal for 6-8 people.

Summary: My family of 7 stayed here for 2 nights. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable with individual air conditioning units. A storm blew out the internet the night before we checked in, and they went out of their way to ensure a temporary solution was set up for our stay. A storm also tripped the power breaker a few times we were there, but again they showed us how to fix it and were nearby for any immediate questions/concerns. Overall the kitchen was well equipped and the indoor space was a good area to wait out the storms. The outdoors area was a truly a lovely space to spend time and was where we spent most of our stay. Overall a great location and great distance to things!
