10 Bedroom Cabin in Antes Fort, Waterville

This beautiful lodge, located directly on the Little Pine Creek, is perfect for family reunions and getaways with friends or fellow outdoorsmen! The main house has 6 private bedrooms (sleeps 18) and 3 full bathrooms. Punctuated with a cozy wood stove in the main sitting area and a picturesque view overlooking your own private stretch of the creek. Large dining tables and a pool table flank the gathering space making it ideal for large groups!

There are 2 spacious apartments located on the second floor of the lodge, with outdoor access and private stairways. Each apartment has a full bathroom, private kitchen, and seating area. The south apartment sleeps 6 guests (2 bedrooms) and the north apartment sleeps 4 guests (2 bedrooms). These apartments are not included in the official listing but can be rented for an additional $150 (each) a night plus cleaning fee.

Summary: Our group had about 17 adults & 5 kids & 1 dog. We enjoyed the layout of the large common room as a place we could all sit together for meals & board games. I found the house to be comfortable with AC in the bedrooms, but not the kitchen or living/dining area. Others in our group thought it was too warm. The creek right behind the house is really lovely, and we spent a lot of time relaxing by the fire pit watching the creek. We saw a couple ducks & harmless snakes ( it IS in the woods by water, so that’s inevitable). The kitchen is stocked well, but we had some trouble getting the outdoor grill heated up enough to cook on. All in all, it’s a great place for a large family group.
