Framed on the coast of the beautiful town of the Costa Blanca, Benissa, and a few meters from one of its wonderful coves, Cala LLobella, is this large villa for 10 people.
The sound of the Mediterranean awaits you in this charming house decorated with rustic Spanish brutalism style furniture.
The villa is divided into several rooms, the ground floor remains closed.
The main part is accessed directly from the large parking lot. We reach the entrance that will take us on one side to a dining room with a beautiful decorative fireplace, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and a very special room in its tower with incredible views of the beach, a beach that can be accessed on foot. From the living room there is access to the pool area via a staircase, and on the other side it leads to the fully equipped kitchen, and to another dining room with outdoor views. From there you can walk through part of its gardens to reach the leisure area.
It is undoubtedly a house for enjoyment, its large pool with slide will make children and not so children have a great time on their vacation days. It has a barbecue with oven for preparing pizzas, for example, a charming terrace and a spacious garden with fruit and ornamental trees. What more could you ask for?
The villa is on Benissa's well-known ecological promenade, so you can enjoy it as soon as you walk out the door. In addition, it is also close to the beautiful Pinets cove and its beach bars where you can enjoy our wonderful cuisine.
We are in a privileged area of the Costa Blanca, very close to beautiful towns such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Jávea among others.
