Log Landing Lodge, one of the Poconos' newest getaways, is a large sprawling custom designed home that includes luxurious finishes throughout & room for the entire family. Including 6 bedrooms, two living rooms, 3 full bathrooms, a master suite, great room with peaked ceilings, gas fireplace, designer kitchen, pool table, bar & lounge, massive wrap-around deck, hot tub, and driveway for 8 vehicles. Smart-TVs are located in all bedrooms & both living rooms. All linens, towels, & fast WiFi included.
Hosted by one of the Poconos premier Super Hosts, known for building custom mountain retreats that combine a rustic feel with modern touches, Log Landing Lodge has just been completely re-modeled with no expense spared. The large and private property is furnished only with designer furniture and features hand-made, custom accents around every corner. Log Landing Lodge can comfortably sleep 12 guests in beds and an additional 4 guests on sofa beds. The home includes 6 generously-appointed bedrooms, all having 55" smart TVs.
The newly built outdoor area features a 6 person jetted hot tub covered with a massive pergola, large wrap-around deck, a gas grill (no need to bring propane), and picnic seating for 12 guests.
The lower level features a vintage-pub inspired lounge where you will find a regulation size pool table (pool sticks included), custom-built bar, a cozy second living room, and 65” Smart TV. This room is centered by a large floor to ceiling, solid stone accent wall with built-in electric fireplace and ambient lighting.
The upper level living area has an open-concept design that combines the main living room with the kitchen & dining areas. It is an ideal spot for large gatherings and includes tall peaked ceilings flanked with large dueling chandeliers, a stone gas-powered fireplace, 65” smart TV, 3 sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa), and a stunning kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and island bar stool seating. Also in this area is the custom-made dining table with seating for 8 - perfect for intimate dinners or to celebrate special occasions.
The luxurious Master Suite includes a premium deluxe king-size bed, large electric fireplace, large flat screen Smart TV, and a convenient en-suite master bathroom.
Log Landing Lodge has 3 full bathrooms with full sized showers finished with sliding glass doors. The two main baths have tubs. Each bathroom includes essentials such as hair dryer, first-aid kit, toiletries, and toilet paper.
All bedrooms in our home include premium mattresses, new matching furniture, individual heat thermostats, and large smart TVs.
All bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, and towels are included with your stay. Additionally, we include a 2 day supply of; hand soap, bath soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. See guide book for full list.
For heating, every room in the house has its own thermostat to best accommodate your heating preferences. In the summer time, we have a large A.C. unit that cools the upper level All 3 bedrooms on the second floor have air conditioning. The lower level (three bedrooms and the lounge) does not have air conditioning.
Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. The property has a very large driveway and can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Parking is not permitted on the street. Violators will be towed by the Towamening Trails Homeowner’s Association. Landlord has no control over this rule.
The beautiful kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.
Your reservation at Log Landing Lodge grants you FULL access to the private community of Towamensing Trails' amenities such as the lake, in-ground pool, clubhouse, hiking trails, tennis, and basketball courts. Wristbands are required for entry. Each reservation includes up to 8 wrist bands. Children under 5 do not require a wristband. These amenities are available only in the summer. Homeowner/Landlord is not responsible for opening or closing of community access areas such as pool, activity areas or lake access.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles. There is a $500 fine for smoking and/or vaping inside of home.
The entire home has been professionally decorated and furnished with premium brands. Log Landing Lodge is professionally cleaned & fully sanitized in between stays according to all VRBO and CDC guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

Working from home? Are the kids learning virtually? Log Landing Lodge has you covered! 2 Bedrooms in our home include areas with a comfortable desk and chair so you can work privately, in the event that you have to.
Free Un-Limited High Speed WiFi. Last speed test resulted in 247 Mbps for downloads and 12 Mbps for uploads.
We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish. Please bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener.
All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, NetFlix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable.
Towamensing Trails provides up to 8 wristbands per reservation. These wrist bands are what will gain you access to the various amenities available to you, completely for free. However, additional wristbands are not permitted, per the Towamensing Trails Homeowner's association's rules.
The upstairs common area contains a large air conditioning unit and the master bedroom has a window air conditioning unit. The entire home features heating with individual thermostats in each room. You can change the heating temperature in each room individually.
We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you!
COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS & PROTOCOL
We perform a rigorous multiple point cleaning and disinfecting procedure in between each stay to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed in order to confirm your reservation.
Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details.
Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 6 guests to book. Certain dates and holidays have a minimum night stay requirement. Contact host for additional details.
Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation. Parties are strictly prohibited.
The Pocono Mountains experience a considerable amount of snow and precipitation in winter months. Although we do make every effort to remove snow in a timely manner, there are times in which renters will have to do some shoveling, this is unavoidable.
Please note that pricing is based on the final guest count.
The exterior grounds have security cameras in place for both your protection as well as the homeowners.
The outdoor grill is available for use from April 15 - November 1st. The grill will not be available for use outside this time frame to protect from the winter weather.
7 Days prior to arrival you can expect our property manager to send you a link to our Home Guidebook so you can become easily acquainted with our home and the surrounding areas.
*A short term rental agreement along with other waiver forms, such as a COVID-19 form and hot tub form, will be required upon booking. Parking passes, wristbands and home access cannot be issued without the return of those forms in a timely manner. These forms get submitted to our Homeowner’s Association for processing.*
The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. VRBO calculates this on its own as long as you enter in your guest count correctly. The way that they calculate this comes up on your end as "HOST FEE". If you end up with more than the amount of guests that you booked for, you will be charged $50 per person per night, for the nights that you booked.
