Positive: We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. The Nespresso machine was a bonus! (Note: if you plan to use the kitchen like we did, stock up at the Lidl because the grocery stores in Liapades are limited and super spendy.) We enjoyed being within walking distance to a few grocery stores - even though they were expensive. The balcony on the front of the house had a great view of the ridgeline toward Paleokastrista. Walking distance to beaches was very convenient - 20 minutes to Rovenia and 25 to Liapades beach. Lola and Linda were GREAT! Lola is a very kind and responsive host. Walking distance to several tavernas and into the village was easy.
Negative: The terrace on the backside of the property was neglected and uncomfortable as a result. On the front balcony, the security light was extremely bright and invasive while trying to enjoy the evenings outside. Each evening during our stay, a guy showed up in the parking lot to meet with various repair technicians (for lights and internet service) and this particular guy seemed rude to guests. Additional feedback that would take our review to a 10: for the amount of money Lola's cost, having a new sponge in the kitchen along with a cleaner dish rack & cutting board would have gone a long way with us. Also, the bathroom downstairs is worn and could use improvement.
