5 Bedroom House in Provincetown
This 1/2 acre Provincetown Compound was fully-renovated in '24/'25 and features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms (plus a den and office), across 3 buildings with plenty of outdoor space for relaxing. It is perfect for large groups who want to spend time together but also enjoy some additional privacy. Parking for 5 cars, but a 7 minute walk to the ferry!
The "Main House" highlight is the great room with an open-concept living / dining / and large kitchen featuring marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The great room opens via 2 sets of sliding doors onto a large furnished deck. The first floor also has a half bathroom, bedroom, terrazzo-tiled full bathroom, washer/dryer, and cozy den - with pull-out sofa. The second floor primary bedroom suite includes an en-suite terrazzo tiled bathroom, office, and private outdoor balcony to enjoy a morning coffee.
The "Cape House" also features a custom cabinetry kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and farm table. Like the main house, the living room and kitchen are all open concept with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The two spacious bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. A furnished outdoor deck is accessed through sliding doors from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
The "Cottage" is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom structure with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. This dwelling is perfect for the friends in the group who like to turn in early (or very late...). Again, another open concept living / dining / kitchen with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.
Across all three structures, you will find all new cabinetry, flooring, doors / hardware, fully-stocked kitchens, bathrooms, multi-zone HVAC, tankless hot water systems, appliances - the list goes on and on! Furnishings are all from Serena & Lily, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, & a carefully curated vintage art collection. Bedding and bath linens are Brooklinen and Frette, and bath products are Kiehl's,
Outdoors, we've added 2 new decks and an entirely redesigned landscape and hardscape plan. There is generous parking for 5 cars and a bicycle rack. Two sets of washers and dryers (new) are available for guest use. There is rear granite staircase allowing access to Cemetery Rd. With half an acre, there's plenty of room for sunbathing, afternoon cocktails, or a fun dinner party.
