Adjacent to kitchen is a spacious sunroom configured for dual use as a gym and seating area. The sunroom overlooks the rear of the property with a stunning perspective of woodland with the backdrop of a giant boulder situated on the rear property boundary. Views like this are often limited to parks and scenic bi-ways. We are truly fortunate to have this in our backyard!
The gym equipment is comprised of high quality pieces from brands Octane, LifeSpan and Hoist. Each machine is situated to have aKnobbyView of nature that will hold your gaze. One exception may be the Octane Elliptical which will likely require your full and focused attention as you will likely not be able to do a sustained workout should you try to push the upper limits of this beastly machine for stride, step height, and most of all, level. Bedroom 2
From the landing, making two immediate left turns brings you to bedroom 2 at the front of the house. This room boasts a queen sized Sleep Number bed with independent Sleep Number Settings and lower leg heating. The bed frame is adjustable for back and leg positioning. There is also an ambient light setting for those a little scared of the dark. A remote control is provided to manage all settings. This bed is enclosed in a four poster bed frame that somewhat hides the fact that a Sleep Number bed lies within. This room also has an electric fireplace unit (heat optional) to add a bit of cozy romance to the space.

The second bathroom is to your immediate left as you top the stairway where you will find a tub and shower, commode, and sink.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is located in the rear of our home to the left of the landing as you come up the stairway. You will by now notice a theme of four poster beds in these rooms. This room has a nice view of the rear of our property and is the only non-carpeted bedroom other than the master.

You will find bedroom 4 at the top of the staircase. This room has a four poster double bed and is appointed with feminine decor especially suited for princesses of any generation.

Master suite
The master bedroom has LOTS of drawer space to ease your stay with two large front-facing windows showing aKnobbyView. Adjacent to this bedroom is a nursery room which has closets containing high-end front loading laundry equipment setting on pedestal bases for easy loading and unloading. This room also has a trundle bed that is ideal for children.
Master bath
The master bath boasts double sinks, a dedicated bath tub with a large walk-in shower having a low step in threshold and commode. This bath also has aKnobbyView of the rear of the property.
